WHAT:
In 2009, the "Sagres joins the pitch" campaign
from Central de Cervejas e Bebidas offered
consumers in Portugal a unique opportunity to
play a ten-minute game of football during the
half-time break of football matches and to sit in
privileged seats at various matches around the
country.
The campaign also offers consumers 100,000
gifts, including tickets to attend the Sagres
League games, mini radios, soccer balls, Sagres
League T-shirts and card decks. Renowned
Portuguese football players Nuno Gomes,
Paulo Futre and Vitor Baia are some of the stars
associated with this campaign.
