"I wanted to taste beer at its freshest, at its home base. Actually, it tastes about just the same as it does when I tap in Hong Kong. But I didn't know that it was not actually produced here on location." "Every time family members visit me from Bermuda, I take them around. This time my niece is here, and she wanted to visit the Heineken Experience." What did you like best? "It was fascinating to learn about the Heineken family history, their passion and their craftsmanship. The branding and marketing is brilliant!" Was there anything that surprised you? "I've seen the Heineken brand so many times, but didn't know about the smiling 'e'. You can only notice it when you look closely." Would you recommend a visit to others? "Yes. I've lived in this country for 15 years. The Heineken Experience personifies the Netherlands for me: entrepreneurship and expertise." My boyfriend is visiting from Canada, and we were strolling around the city and ended here." What did you like best? "The 'Brew-you' ride. That was really fun!" Was there anything that surprised you? "I thought that it would be more like a museum, but it isn't. It's more interactive. I also didn't know before about the presence of Heineken in feature films." Would you recommend a visit to others? "It wasn't on my itinerary, but my cousin who is working here as an au pair What did you like best? "The 'Brew-you' ride. The simulation was great!" Was there anything that surprised you? "I expected it to be more like a museum. I'm glad that it wasn't. I was disappointed, though, that there were no horses accompanying the traditional keg cart." Would you recommend a visit to others? "Definitely. I had a fun afternoon!" Katie indeed missed seeing the horses at the Heineken Experience stables, since they have been temporarily moved to stables elsewhere in the city due to renovation activities on the premises.
