Horeca City an initiative of Heineken Brouwerijen in Amsterdam eight life-size café, restaurant and bar outlet designs, where ambiance and character are central. "Horeca City is an innovative project which offers representatives from the hospitality sector the ideal environment to gain insights and inspiration for their business," says Ronald den Elzen, Horeca Manager at Heineken Brouwerijen. "All of our working outlets have been specifically designed to reflect an atmosphere that will be attractive to customers, with interiors which encourage clients to stay longer, to spend more, and enjoy a more pleasurable beer experience." The Horeca City complex comprises: trendy club, party-style lounge, hotel bar, restaurant bar, sports bar, traditional pub, recreational pub and a high-end premium outlet. Since first opening in November last year, more than 2,000 people from 486 horeca outlets have visited Horeca City.
