It's all a-bustle with people arriving and departing:
Schiphol, Holland's main airport, handles more than
forty million passengers a year and is the Gateway
to Europe, which makes it one of the world's most
important airports. The World Trade Centre at
Schiphol Airport has been the home base of the
Heineken Export Group since last year. That can also
be clearly seen at Schiphol, as Heineken Export took
the advantage offered by its move to add a splash of
Heineken Green here and there. Both outside and
inside the airport buildings Heineken is present with
POS materials and with the product itself.
Travellers waiting for their flight can refresh
themselves with a Heineken beer in one of the bars
near the departure gates, cans of Heineken line the
shelves in the Duty Free shops and Heineken adver
tisements are also subtly visible in other places.
Photographer Pieter Boer took his camera along to
Schiphol and captured these impressions of the
Schiphol/Heineken combination.
