WINTER. 1974
As Christmas 1974 is upon us, we should all agree
that there are many reasons for us to be thankful and
happy for the accomplishments that the year has
brought us in our endeavors to further develop the
sales of Heineken Beer thus maintaining our leader
ship by far.
In our Fall issue, we gave you the happy informa
tion which will make our Christmas and New Year
one full of joy and cheer. Thereafter, we are going to
prepare our plans for 1975 and with the new price in
crease we shall be cognizant of more problems. How
ever, we are confident that we shall again surmount
these obstacles and continue to maintain our leader
ship with the help of our wholesalers and our own
sales staff.
Due to building problems that befell the Breweries
in Holland, as it happens in this country as well, we
have been given the opportunity of additional ship
ments which will be available for those of our whole
salers who ran out of stock and were unable to satisfy
the demands of their retailers. I think this cooperation
will be helpful in maintaining the goodwill that we
have created over many years by our trade.
In the spirit of the holiday season, I should like to
express to all of our readers and their families my
Best Wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New
Year.
Cordially yours,
