HEINEKEN'S ADVERTISING PROGRAM FOR 1958 Advertising schedules for Heineken's, in line with increased sales, have been in creasing every year. Our advertising plans for 1958 call for a strong program de signed to tell millions of consumers, fron coast to coast, about the world's finest" lager. Once again, prestige national magazines will be used on a consistent basis. Heine- ken's advertising will appear in color in Sports Illustrated and Esquire. Always popular with the men of America, the unmatched flavor of Heineken's has caught the flavor of the ladies everywhere both in entertaining at home and in dining out. Heineken's advertising will also ap pear in House Beautiful and House Garden magazines catering to the women's audience. Regional advertising is scheduled in the Sunday Magazine Sections of leading newspapers in the important markets of the New York Metropolitan area, greater Chicago and Southern California. Local radio campaigns will run in other key markets in various sections of the country. The famous Heineken's jingle is now making new friends for Heineken's in the Florida market and will soon be heard in 8 other markets. Newspaper advertising is scheduled for the Wall Street Journal, racing papers and Variety. Copy will also appear in the leading trade papers of our industry. This program, backed by the increased manpower of our own sales organization, the strong cooperation and support of our wholesalers, and our sales building point- of-sale material designed for every re tailer situation, should make 1958, our 25 th Anniversary, a real great Heineken's year.
