We have examined the balance sheet as at September 30, 1972, the profit and loss
account for the financial year then ended and the consolidated statements 1971/1972
of Heineken N.V. Amsterdam, included in this annual report, together with the
explanatory notes.
In our opinion these statements give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the
company at September 30, 1972, and of the results for the financial year then ended.
