On the basis of our audit we certify that we have found correct the consolidated
Statement of Financial Condition as at September 30, 1969, and the consolidated
Profit and Loss Account covering the period from October 1, 1968, to September
30, 1969, incorporated in this Annual Report, as well as the annual accounts for
1968/1969 of Heineken's Bierbrouwerij Maatschappij N.V.
We are in agreement with the Explanatory Notes to the consolidated Statement of
