5.2.3 Soft drinks In the past two years the consumption of electricity and heat has risen to the respecti ve levels of 3.8 kWh and 32.6 MJ per hi soft drinks produced by the factories. This is an increase of 6% and 21% respectively. One of the reasons for the higher consumption of electricity is the production of PET bottles by the mineral-water facility in Greece.
