has created a special limited-edition brew for renowned chef Jamie Oliver's first
restaurant in Southeast Asia. This exciting collaboration is an example of how
HEIN EKEN can develop innovative, bespoke solutions for customers using our
range of brands and breweries around the world.

In late 2013, Archipelago Brewery
was delighted to be approached by
Duncan Craig, Executive Vice President
(Southeast Asia) of Jamie Oliver's Italian
restaurants, about a possible partnership
opportunity. Jamie's first restaurant in
Southeast Asia was opening in Singapore
and they were seeking a brewing partner
who could work with them to develop
a suitable beer option for diners at the
premium restaurant.
"The brief was to develop a customised
artisan beer that would complement
the restaurant cuisine," says Hoshang
Mehta, Head of Archipelago Brewery.
