WHAT:
The outdoor print campaign and television advertising
was designed to raise brand awareness of Strongbow
Gold and induce trial. The key brand values
'refreshment' and 'over ice' are reinforced.
At the same time a television campaign was launched
using a 15-second animation. The spot opens with
a beautiful red apple, frozen into a large ice cube.
Suddenly an arrow fires into the ice cube and the cube
explodes into pieces of apple and ice. The pieces
slowly start to spin in a vortex and the apple becomes
juice. The juice and the ice cubes end up in a tall
glass of Stongbow Gold. The animation ends with the
pay off: Try now! Strongbow Gold, strongly refreshing
apple cider.
