At Grupa Zywiec's Bracki Brewery
in Poland, beer is still brewed in
a traditional manner using open
fermentation tubs located in the
facility's old cellars. While lager is
by far the most widely consumed
beer in Poland, specialty and
local brews are popular among
connoisseurs. Zywiec Porter,
brewed at the Bracki Brewery, is
a strong, dark beer, brewed with
special malts which are still roasted
