Heineken theme bar in Hong Kong

Heineken Prizes 2006 - Amsterdam, the Netherlands
Heineken's Duty Free and Travel Retail department
have announced the construction of a Heineken
themed bar in the brand new Sky Plaza terminal at
Hong Kong's international airport.
With more than 40 million passengers passing
through each year, Hong Kong International
Airport is the ideal environment for reinforcing the
premium image of the Heineken brand. The new
themed bar in Hong Kong will feature the latest
Heineken innovations, such as draught beer
systems and Sub-Zero fridges, and will also offer a
range of branded merchandise for sale.
The world's newest Heineken bar is scheduled to
open on 1 September.
The Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) has announced this
year's laureates for the prestigious Heineken Prizes.
The 2006 laureates are:
Professor Sir Alec J. Jeffreys, Department of Genetics, University of Leicester,
United Kingdom - Dr. H.P. Heineken Prize for Biochemistry and Biophysics
Job Koelewijn, The Netherlands - Dr. A.H. Heineken Prize for Art
Professor Mary-Claire King, Departments of Medicine and Genome Sciences,
University of Washington, United States - Dr. A.H. Heineken Prize for Medicine
Professor Joel Mokyr, Department of Economics, Northwestern University,
United States - Dr. A.H. Heineken Prize for History
Professor Stuart L. Pimm, Nicolas School of Environment and Earth Sciences,
United States - Dr. A.H. Heineken Prize for Environmental Sciences
Professor John R. Anderson, Department of Psychology, Carnegie Mellon
University, United States - Dr. A.H. Heineken Prize for Cognitive Science
All laureates will be presented with their prizes at a ceremony in Amsterdam on
28 September.
