Fit-n Fun and Bintang Zero
exciting growth following the brand's re-launch as an alcohol-free
beverage in October 2002 and the subsequent introduction of two
new flavor extensions in August 2003.
The first new non-alcoholic brand launched in 2004 was Fit-n Fun,
a malt-based soft drink targeted at teens. Fit-n Fun is unique in
the marketplace, offering the fun flavors of a soft drink with the
nutritional benefits of malt, B-group vitamins and calcium. The
communication centers on these unique ingredients and their
ability to deliver the power of malt.
Activities to support the launch include Television commercials
and print ads. Since this is a unique-tasting product, great
emphasis has been placed on an extensive sampling programme
in Supermarkets and Shopping Malls. The next new beverage to
be launched was Bintang Zero, aimed at young adults who desire
