Heineken has a close connection with
music. The three-year sponsorship deal
with the Grammy Awards underlines the
music focus and strategy of Heineken in
the USA, utilizing the event as the
centrepiece of its overall music platform.
The debut of several new 'music inspired'
commercials during the 2004 Grammy's
telecast was a major focus for Heineken.
The traditional red carpet was transformed
into green and reinforced the relationship
