DAVID
While BeerTender and the DraughtKeg are developed to bring a
high-quality draught beer experience to consumers, the David
Dispense System was designed to serve a completely different
market segment: on-premise outlets with a modest beer turnover.
David is the veteran within the Beer System family, as it was
launched back in 2000. But that doesn't mean that David is old
fashioned. On the contrary; since it's initial launch David has proven
that it successfully fills a gap in the beer market, travelling all
over the world. In many outlets, beer consumption has increased
since David was introduced. David's design is based on a simple
but effective principle: the beer in the 20-litre keg is cooled on
its entire journey from the brewery to the customer's draught
system. After delivery, the owner of the outlet is able to install
the keg within a matter of seconds, thanks to an ingenious guide
system. When the keg is empty, the on-premise owner can
remove the keg, together with the beer pipe. Then the whole
assembly can be sent back to the brewery, making the system
maintenance-free. Right from the start everybody was
enthusiastic about David and that enthusiasm has only increased
throughout the years.
