Why CSR is important to Heineken
But what is Corporate Social Responsibility? Operating a company
is all about using scarce resources to generate economic value,
and that has to be done within accepted legal and normative
boundaries. But that alone is not enough. Heineken also has its
own responsibility above and beyond that, and needs to be
continuously focused on the continuity of its activities. Heineken
takes its responsibilities towards society very seriously and does
