France
To see the top names in the jazz
world, the place to be is France in
June. That's when the third Heineken
Jazz Festival will be held. Heineken's
local operating company Frangaise de

press the list of names of the perform

Puerto Rico
The Heineken Jazzfest in the
Puerto Rican capital of San Juan has

Netherlands
The Heineken 'Jazzfestival' has
become a firm favourite within the
jazz scene in the Netherlands, with
this year's festival in September being
the tenth edition. In one of the world's
biggest seaports, Rotterdam, this year
will again see hundreds of jazz musi

new talents - performing on stage in
concert halls and bars. The Heineken
Jazzfestival lasts a full week.
Heineken's involvement in jazz
sponsoring is expected to grow fur
ther in the years ahead. A number of
Heineken agents from the Caribbean,
on a visit to Puerto Rico during the
Jazzfest, were highly enthusiastic and
are very interested in sponsoring jazz
festivals in their own countries. The
island of Curagao is already organi
