Where there's a good party, there's
Heineken Holland Beer. Many organi
zations throughout the country have
found that serving The #1 Imported
Beer in the U.S.A. makes the difference
between an ordinary party and a Great
Party. Featured below are just a few of
these fine affairs.
MEMPHIS, TENN. Mr. Harry E. Richards, Food
Beverage Director of the Holiday Inn-Rivermont,
checks the Heineken before hundreds of Holiday
Innkeepers arrive during the 1972 Innkeeper Con

the social activities following the rewarding busi
ness sessions of the conference.
CINCINNATI, OHIO The Mosler Safe Co. hosts
parties for members of the financial community in
major cities across the country, serving Heineken
exclusively. Over 1,000 people at each party enjoy
The #1 Imported Beer in the U.S.A.
NEW YORK, N.Y. The New Orleans Times Picay
une newspaper annually hosts a Shrimp Beer
Party for their friends in the advertising and selling

with jumbo shrimp prepared New Orleans style and
Dixieland jazz providing the background for this
heavily-attended affair held recently.
Spearheaded by the Fall Promotion,
Heineken Special Dark Beer sales have
sharply increased during 1972. Based
on 11 month figures for 1972, versus 12
month figures for 1971, Heineken Spe
cial Dark Beer has already shown a
50% increase over the previous years
sales, making a strong contribution to
the record year of The #1 Imported
Beer in the U.S.A.
Heineken Dark placement has been
particularly noted in student areas, as
well as fine restaurants throughout the
country, as the rich, dark, delicious
taste of Heineken Special Dark be
comes increasingly well-known.
As consumer awareness increases
through further promotion, Heineken
Special Dark Beer is expected to con
tinue a well-earned growth pattern
based on traditional Heineken quality
and the Van Munching 8c Co. team.
This is a dip that can be served on
