We deeply regret the unexpected death of Mr. Grenville C.
Harris, Van Munching 8c Co.'s Assistant Pacific Coast Division
Manager. He died of a heart attack on December 28th, 1960 in the
Beverly Hills Doctors Hospital.
Mr. Harris had been associated with the Van Munching Com
panies since 1950 when he was engaged as a special representative
for the State of New Jersey. He was later promoted to Mid-Atlantic
Division Manager and thereafter transferred to the West Coast
Division.
In December 1960, Grenville C. Harris became a member of
the Van Munching Companies 10-year Club.

member the gavel broken by U. N.
General Assembly President, Mr.
Frederick Boland, who, at the
time, was trying to obtain de
corum from the famous shoe
swinging Premier of the USSR.
The replacement given to Mr.
Boland was made by a Mr. Dyke-
ma of the Heineken's Brewery.
The gavel was hand crafted of a
Heineken's barrel stave and>—
should be the sturdiest ever in in
ternational politics.

Restaurant of the Hotel New Yorker in New York City.
