Perhaps one of the great assets of Boening Brothers
is the morale that infiltrates all personnel. An example
of this is a creed that hangs in the salesmen's meeting
room that reads as follows:
BETTER BRANDS
BIGGER BUSINESS
You, the salesman, must definitely establish (B/B)
Goodwill in the minds of your customers.
OUR AIM:
To be first with the BETTER BRANDS.
To keep our vision steady and growth sound.
To recognize and accept our responsibilities to each
customer.
To be ever watchful for ways to serve a customer
better.
To merit the friendship and confidence of each cus
tomer by the quality of our service and mer
chandise.
Courtesy is a language that every customer under
stands.

Next year, Boening Brothers will celebrate its 60th
anniversary, 60 fruitful years of prosperity not only to the
Boening organization but to its suppliers, its personnel,
and the accounts that they so diligently service.
We, at Van Munching 8c Co. feel proud to have Heine-
ken's associated with so capable a distributor. For the
many years that we have been associated, Boening Brothers
has always taken advantage of every promotional activity
that we offered. They have always made the most use of
whatever advertising and point-of-sale activity that was
planned regardless of how large or how small.
Here, we think, is an organization truly dedicated to
the building of Heineken's sales and profits for all con
cerned.

TEAMWORK is the password, as portrayed above (left to right) Harry
Boening, Phil Boening, Joe Kissel, Van Munching Long Island representative
and Jim Connelly, Van Munching Vice President Sales Manager. The pose
is to show how the hard pull and push have paid off in moving Heineken's
from the warehouse to the consumer.
Completely palletized, Boening Bros, has four fork lifts as shown above to
speed up their loading and delivery operations.
