We have reviewed a selection of sustainability data included in the accompanying Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2020 ("the sustainability data") of Heineken N.V ("the Company"), based in Amsterdam. Based on our review, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that the sustainability data of the Company is not prepared in all material respects, in accordance with the internally applied Reporting Criteria.
