To our knowledge,
1°. the Financial Statements give a true and fair view of the
assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of Heineken
N.V. and its consolidated companies;
2°. the Report of the Executive Board gives a true and fair
view of the position as at 31 December 2010 and the
developments during the financial year 2010 of Heineken
N.V. and its related companies included in its Financial
Statements; and
3°. the Report of the Executive Board describes the material
risks Heineken N.V. is facing.
