We held the 3rd Heineken International
Business Course for university graduates from
five European countries. The dual objectives are
to present Heineken as an employer offering
attractive international careers to talented
young people, while at the same time Heineken
seeks to recruit in this same category for future
management positions.
During the year under review we completed
negotiations with European employees'
representatives to establish the Euro Works
Council. Representatives from European Union
countries will be joined by those from Hungary,
Switzerland and Slovakia. Consultations will take
place twice a year.
