During the year under review the members of the Supervisory
Council met six times with the Executive Board. In addition
to the regular subjects such as results statements, policy plans
and operational plans, investments, acquisitions and
financing, attention was paid to the strategy of the enterprise.
Visits were also made by the members of the Supervisory
Council to a number of operating companies.
An Audit Committee was set up during the year under
review.
The members of the Supervisory Council wish to thank the
Executive Board and all the employees for the commitment
shown by them in 1995.
