Auditors' Report
We have examined the balance sheet as at Sep
tember 30, 1978, the profit and loss account for the
financial year then ended and the consolidated
statements 1977/1978 of Heineken NV, Am
sterdam, included in this Annual Report, together
with the explanatory notes.
In our opinion these statements present fairly the
financial position of the company as at Sep
tember 30, 1978, and the results of its operations
for the year then ended.
