Heineken beer and Bokma products
were in especially great demand at the
"Chez Raphael" restaurant in Dakar,
Senegal last April.
During the restaurant's "Heineken
Week" organised with the company's
help —traditional Dutch foods, including
cheese, herring and sausage, were fea
tured on the menu.
Despite Dakar's tropical climate, the
Dutch cuisine was popular with the cus
tomers and it is likely that a "Heineken
Week" will become an annual event at
"Chez Raphael".

En avril dernier, la bière Heineken et les
produits Bokma ont été particulièrement
réclamés au restaurant ,,Chez Raphaël"
a Dakar au Sénégal.
Durant la „Semaine Heineken" du res
taurant, (organisée avec l'aide de la so-
ciété), Ie menu offrait des spécialités
gastronomiques hollandaises tradition-
nelles comprenant fromages, hareng et
saucisses.
Malgré Ie climat tropical de Dakar, la
cuisine hollandaise fut trés appréciée
par les consommateurs et il est fort
probable que la „Semaine Heineken"
deviendra un événement annuel „Chez
Raphaël".
